Our unique approach of intervention comprises training, support and financial assistance which aims to help women in need, who are ready to take action, to start up their own business, to perfect their post-secondary education or to return to the workplace.
3 STEPS TOWARDS FINANCIAL AUTONOMY:
Motivate women by stimulating their self-esteem. Develop an initial approach adapted to the needs of the participant by a thorough evaluation of their current situation.
Train to achieve full potential
Offer professional training and a personalized counseling to enable women to acquire the knowledge and abilities necessary to start their own business:
- Business idea validation
- Business plan development
- Accounting, Financial and Legal aspects
- Advertising & Social media
- Customer service
Provide workshops and personalized counseling to women who are planning to pursue their education or return to the workplace:
- Curriculum Vitae workshop
- Interview coaching
- Basic computer skills workshop
- Developing my course of action
- Building my action plan
Support by financing
Provide participants with the possibility to obtain financial support through microloans in order to finance their business project, or financial support to help them complete their post-secondary education.
