The Lise Watier Foundation, which I have been supporting for several years, is dedicated to the socio-economic development of women by giving them the support they need to succeed in their projects. More often than not, the challenges they face do not come from a lack of talent or ambition, but rather from a lack of entrepreneurial tools and knowledge. As a mother of three and a small business owner myself, I have experienced some of the challenges that women face when they decide to start their own business. The Foundation plays a vital role in providing women with resources, training, coaching and access to a network so that they can develop their full professional potential and become financially independent.
