The Lise Watier Foundation is constituted as a non-profit organization and is a well-known charity organization. Our team unites the skills of dedicated professionals whose efforts, combined with their networks, are directed towards changing the life of women in need.
Executive Director Further to the completion of her law degree, Marie-Lise began her Marketing career and became the VP Marketing of Lise Watier Cosmetics in 2001. In 2009, along with her mother Lise Watier, she founded the Lise Watier Foundation. As General Manager of the Foundation, Marie-Lise is actively helping women in need reach financial autonomy.
Development Director Graduate from HEC Montreal and IAE d’Aix-en-Provence, Claude has pursued a career in Marketing Research for many years. Over the last twelve years, she has reoriented her professional career to fundraising and has contributed with her expertise to many organizations and foundations, such as Centraide Montreal, Episode and University of Montreal.
Program Director Marielle has a solid background in creating and implementing training programs at the community level. Armed with a degree in Education, she is able to understand training challenges and needs, and contribute directly to the development and roll-out of the Let’s Start Up program for the Foundation.
Project Manager, Communications and Marketing Sophie is an energetic, engaging and outstanding team player. Thanks to her wide-ranging background, with experience as both an intrapreneur and entrepreneur, she knows how to achieve goals and understands the challenges facing Let’s Start Up participants. In addition to holding a bachelor’s degree in Communications and an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Sophie is an artist at heart who’s adept at highlighting the Foundation’s best qualities and raising it to the stature it merits.
Entrepreneurship Coach and Expert With her results-oriented approach and exceptional resourcefulness, Céline is our quiet force. Her expertise as a business coach and mediator allows her to ensure the continuity of our participants’ entrepreneurial projects. In addition to providing expert advice, she actively listens to our entrepreneurs and gives them a welcome dose of encouragement. Her rigour, organizational skills and sense of initiative make her an essential member of the Foundation team.
Let’s Start Up Community Manager Annie is in charge of establishing, supporting and growing the Let’s Start Up community. Her team spirit and extensive entrepreneurial experience, both as a human resources manager and in philanthropy, give her a 360-degree vision of our participants’ needs. She contributes her expertise and knowledge to help them stay energized and engaged, for the greater good of the program.
