Cindy Badier: Resilience and creativity in service of others<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Originally from France and living in Canada for the past 12 years, Cindy Badier has navigated numerous personal and professional challenges. As a single mother, she discovered her neurodivergence\u2014giftedness, visuospatial dyspraxia, ADHD, and epilepsy\u2014relatively late, following a professional burnout in 2021. This turning point reshaped her self-perception and allowed her to harness her strengths and self-taught skills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Let\u2019s Start Up Pathway helped Cindy break out of isolation, build meaningful connections with other women facing similar realities, and structure her entrepreneurial project in a concrete way. The personalized and accessible support she received throughout the program helped clarify her vision, boost her confidence, and reinforce the value of her services\u2014marking a pivotal moment in her entrepreneurial journey.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drawing on her unique path, Cindy is now forging a promising career aligned with her core values: supporting others through guidance and consulting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building differently: Supporting SME growth with purpose and structure<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Cindy launched SlowCaf\u00e9ine Solution, an entrepreneurial venture that supports small and medium-sized businesses and startups in their growth, through a personalized, practical approach grounded in real-world conditions. Her business development services combine strategic analysis, business process optimization, implementation of technological solutions, and change management support. She also offers workshops and corporate training sessions, including LEGO-based facilitation, to help generate ideas, clarify challenges, and more quickly turn intuition into structured action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She helps her clients better structure their businesses, build sustainable growth, and rethink their ways of operating. Her ambition is to co-create innovative, human-centered, and truly actionable solutions, contributing to a stronger, more sustainable, and more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When PwC propels Cindy\u2019s vision<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the grant awarded by PwC, Cindy will complete a certificate in business analysis at HEC Montr\u00e9al. This program will strengthen her credibility with SMEs and public organizations, open doors to more stable and better-paying contracts, and help her structure her business for long-term sustainability. PwC\u2019s support will enrich this journey by providing access to high-quality mentorship, a broad professional network, and strategic guidance on her development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
