Cindy Badier: Resilience and creativity in service of others
Originally from France and living in Canada for the past 12 years, Cindy Badier has navigated numerous personal and professional challenges. As a single mother, she discovered her neurodivergence—giftedness, visuospatial dyspraxia, ADHD, and epilepsy—relatively late, following a professional burnout in 2021. This turning point reshaped her self-perception and allowed her to harness her strengths and self-taught skills.
The Let’s Start Up Pathway helped Cindy break out of isolation, build meaningful connections with other women facing similar realities, and structure her entrepreneurial project in a concrete way. By developing her business plan, she was able to apply to the 2025 OSEntreprendre Challenge and was named a national winner in the Social Impact category for her nonprofit, QG Entreprendre Autrement. The personalized and accessible support she received throughout the program helped clarify her vision, boost her confidence, and reinforce the value of her services—marking a pivotal moment in her entrepreneurial journey.
Drawing on her unique path, Cindy is now forging a promising career aligned with her core values: supporting others through guidance and consulting.
Entrepreneuring differently: Turning difference into strength
Cindy founded QG Entreprendre Autrement, an entrepreneurial project focused on supporting women neurodivergent entrepreneurs. Through her business development and B2B content strategy services, she helps clients structure their businesses, build sustainable growth, and better leverage their uniqueness. Her ambition is to make neurodiversity an asset for the entrepreneurial ecosystem, providing concrete tools to turn challenges into performance levers.
When PwC propels Cindy’s vision
Thanks to the grant awarded by PwC, Cindy will complete a certificate in business analysis at HEC Montréal. This program will strengthen her credibility with SMEs and public organizations, open doors to more stable and better-paying contracts, and help her structure her business for long-term sustainability. PwC’s support will enrich this journey by providing access to high-quality mentorship, a broad professional network, and strategic guidance on her development.
This partnership represents far more than financial support: it is a win-win collaboration where Cindy unleashes her potential and PwC affirms its role as a committed social actor.
