President, Executive Director
After obtaining her law degree, Marie-Lise began a career in marketing as VP Marketing at Lise Watier Cosmetics. In 2009, together with her mother, Lise Watier, she established the Lise Watier Foundation and took on the role of General Manager.
Senior Director, Strategy and Development
A graduate of HEC Montréal and IAE Aix-en-Provence, Claude worked for several years in marketing research. Over the past 12 years, however, she has put this expertise to good use by dedicating herself to fundraising for organizations and foundations, including Centraide Montreal, Episode, and Université de Montréal.
Marielle has a solid background in the creation and implemention of training programs for community organizations. Equipped with a degree in Education, she can understand training challenges and needs, and has contributed directly to the development and implementation of the Foundation’s Let’s Start Up program.
Peilan Bergeron Parenteau
Project Manager, Communications and Philanthropy
Proactive and hard-working, Peilan is motivated by the desire to contribute to the development of the full potential of the women helped by the Lise Watier Foundation. Thanks to her experience acquired in the community setting, she can understand the reality of the environment and to develop relevant philanthropic practices. With a bachelor’s degree in communications and a DESS in marketing, Peilan uses her knowledge to make the Lise Watier Foundation shine at its brightness.
Expert Advisor in Entrepreneurship
With her results-oriented approach and exceptional resourcefulness, Céline is our quiet strength. Her expertise as a business advisor and mediator allows her to ensure the continuity of our participants’ entrepreneurial projects. In addition to providing expert advice, she actively listens to our entrepreneurs and gives them a welcome dose of encouragement. Her rigor, organizational skills and sense of initiative make her an essential member of the Foundation’s team.
Project Manager, Programs
Annie is in charge of establishing, nurturing and expanding the Let’s Start Up community. Her team spirit and extensive experience as a respected entrepreneur and manager in human resources and philanthropy give her a 360-degree vision of our participants’ needs. She contributes her expertise and knowledge to help them stay energized and engaged, for the greater good of the program.
Profesionnal Development Advisor
Magali is passionate and works hard to improve integration of women living in a vulnerable situation in the job market. Since obtaining her degree in sociology, she has been working for the community to support women job hunters. Magali chose to join the Lise Watier Foundation team to continue to make a positive impact in the lives of women.
Dedicated and proactive, Nathalie first worked in infographics for fifteen years. Since 2006, she has been involved in philanthropy, including fundraising for cancer research.
Karen has developed a strong sense of dedication to the non-profit sector, and is passionate about helping every woman develop her full professional potential towards financial independence. She is very excited to bring her knowledge and skills to the Lise Watier Foundation to help make it a success in Toronto.
