Through this new partnership, women in Gatineau and the surrounding area will gain access to concrete support designed to help them develop their professional potential and build lasting financial independence.

Deeply rooted in the community, Option Femmes has been supporting women for many years in their integration into and retention in the workforce through a human-centred and personalized approach.
By joining forces, the Lise Watier Foundation and Option Femmes aim to strengthen the support available to women experiencing economic, social, or professional vulnerability. While Option Femmes guides women in their employability journey, the Let’s Start Up Pathway of the Lise Watier Foundation complements this support through skills development, entrepreneurship, returning to education, and financial independence.
