The Lise Watier Foundation kicks off the 5th edition of the Believe in Her campaign

44 ambassadors are joining forces to support women’s financial independence

As International Women’s Day approaches, the Lise Watier Foundation is proud to announce the launch of the 5th edition of its Believe in Her campaign. This year, 44 ambassadors are joining forces to amplify the Foundation’s mission and concretely support women’s financial independence.

When trust becomes a driver of collective change

Sometimes in life, all it takes is one person who believes in us.

One opportunity offered at the right moment.

One gesture that can transform a journey.

And the future can brighten.

This deep conviction drives the ambassadors of the Believe in Her 2026 campaign. From March 5 to April 5, each ambassador becomes a mobilizing force—a leader who opens the way and inspires her network to take concrete action to support the professional journeys of women facing economic, social, or professional challenges.

This mobilization is particularly meaningful in a context where, even today in Canada, more than two in five working women earn less than $30,000 per year¹.

United by a shared desire to create real opportunities for change, this campaign aims to raise $175,000 to enable 35 women to access the Let’s Start Up Pathway.

Each ambassador takes on a meaningful challenge: to mobilize her network to raise $5,000—the amount required to give one woman access to the Let’s Start Up Pathway.

This contribution opens the door to a 360° approach combining training, personalized support, financial aid, and a supportive network. In a structured and caring environment, participants can develop their skills, regain confidence, and lay the foundation for lasting financial independence.

Graduates who choose to give back

Among our ambassadors, ten are graduates of the Let’s Start Up Pathway. Having themselves benefited from the Foundation’s support and now thriving professionally, they have chosen to give back by becoming ambassadors. Together, they set a goal of raising $5,000 to offer another woman the same invaluable opportunity they once received.

Through this gesture, they aim to pay it forward, supporting and inspiring the women who will follow in their footsteps. Their commitment powerfully illustrates the virtuous cycle the Foundation helps create: a true multiplying effect, where individual successes become a collective movement full of impact and hope.

You too can be part of this movement

Every donation, no matter the amount, makes a tangible difference in a woman’s life. By supporting the campaign, you contribute to a wave of solidarity that transforms individual commitments into lasting, collective impact.

This initiative also benefits from the support of la Vie en Rose, an official partner of the Believe in Her campaign. Starting March 8, donations can be made directly at the register in la Vie en Rose stores, giving the public an additional opportunity to take concrete action.

Give today and become an essential link in this chain of solidarity. Together, we can make a difference.
