Les Fraises Louis Hébert is located in St-Valentin at 978 chemin 4e ligne. The very place where it all began with Louis and Yolande Hébert, my grandparents, the founders in 1955. The company specializes in self-picking strawberries and blueberries, selling fruit at the kiosk during the summer season and a shop is open for the sale of derived products, processed and produced on site. Some of our products are available in grocery stores and butchers such as Bulles d’Amour and tarts. It is also possible to take a guided tour which includes: visit to the strawberry interpretation center, the vat room, tasting of alcoholic products and horseback riding in the village
