Crudélices Awarded the Concordia Grant

A business that combines health and indulgence

For the fifth consecutive year, Concordia University is awarding the Concordia Grant, which recognizes an entrepreneur from the Lise Watier Foundation’s Let’s Start Up Pathway who has distinguished herself by the strength and potential of her business project.

This year, the jury selected Corinne Jeanguillaume, founder of Crudélices, a Granby-based company specializing in raw, plant-based pastries that are gluten-free, lactose-free, and free of refined sugar. Through her creations, Corinne offers healthy, gourmet, and poetic treats that nourish both body and soul, meeting the needs of health-conscious food lovers and those with dietary intolerances.

The tangible impact of the grant

With this $5,000 grant, Corinne will be able to:

  • increase her company’s visibility through SEO support;
  • acquire refrigerated storage space to meet growing demand;
  • purchase a high-capacity blender to optimize recipe preparation.

In the long term, she hopes to continue expanding Crudélices and share her raw, plant-based pastries with a wider audience.

The transformative role of the Let’s Start Up Pathway

Corinne emphasizes how the Let’s Start Up Pathway of the Lise Watier Foundation has profoundly shaped her entrepreneurial journey. “The program gave me concrete, everyday tools such as strategic and financial planning, as well as communication tools. But above all, it gave me complete confidence in my project,” she explains.

She adds: “I am extremely proud to be part of this community of inspiring and dedicated women. Together, we are creating financial independence for women and contributing to Quebec’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.”

Recognition that gives wings

Corinne expresses deep gratitude to Concordia University for this honor:

Thank you so much, Concordia. I feel truly privileged to have been selected. This scholarship gives me wings and, most importantly, the ability to take concrete steps to grow my business and achieve lasting profitability.”

Congratulations to Corinne on this well-deserved recognition, and our heartfelt thanks to Concordia University for its unwavering support!
