Sanimax: Creating a more just society through transformation
At Sanimax, personal growth and a genuine commitment to people are core values that closely align with the Lise Watier Foundation’s mission. The company believes that access to the right tools, a strong support network and timely guidance can make all the difference in helping individuals realize their potential. Supporting women on their journeys toward financial independence is therefore a natural extension of its commitment to building a more equitable society.
Sanimax took part in the inaugural edition of the IMPACT Initiative, an experience that allowed the team to witness firsthand how mentorship can help move a projet forward. Through their conversations, the participant they supported gained greater clarity around their ideas and fostered a sense of mutual accountability, enabling her to move forward with greater confidence and structure. This experience highlighted the value of sharing knowledge, experience and perspectives to help women achieve professional fulfilment and lasting financial independence. Building on this meaningful experience, Sanimax chose to renew its commitment. This year, the company is supporting Harmony Lory Ouddah, a Let’s Start Up Pathway graduate from the Montérégie region.
“Transformation is about more than business; it’s about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. By supporting the Lise Watier Foundation, Sanimax is committed to helping women access the tools, guidance and supportive environment they need to realize their full potential and build futures that reflect their ambitions. One meaningful action, one journey at a time!”

Harmony: starting anew between France and Quebec
Originally from northern France, Harmony experienced a challenging adolescence that shaped her determination and desire for independence. She soon realized that her interpersonal skills would play a central role in her career. She began working as a specialized educator supporting vulnerable individuals and gradually developed an interest in private practice.
The COVID-19 pandemic prompted Harmony to seek a fresh start. Together with her partner, she moved to Quebec, and continued pursuing her goal of establishing her own private practice.
However, discovering that her qualifications were not recognized in Quebec presented an unexpected obstacle. She quickly realized that returning to full-time studies was not a viable option for her family without compromising their financial stability. Faced with this challenge, she joined the Let’s Start Up Pathway, which helped her clarify her professional goals, develop a realistic and sustainable business plan, and build a network of professional connections in her new environment. Her determination and hard work culminated in the launch of her private practice in September 2025.
“I now have a clear and realistic vision for my professional future, one that motivates and inspires me every day. lAlthough I haven’t yet achieved financial independence, I already feel empowered to make my own choices and shape my own path. I know financial independence is within reach!”

A private hypnotherapy practice
While continuing to work full-time as a specialized educator, Harmony hopes to grow the private practice, with the goal of gradually transitioning to full-time entrepreneurship. Her current clients, children aged 5 to 15, already benefit from her services. Adding a specialization in hypnosis will allow her to expand her practice to include adult clients and fill daytime appointment slots. With support from the Lise Watier Foundation, Harmony is activating her local network to raise awareness of her services and expand her client base. Over the next two years, she aims to double her revenue, allowing her to dedicate herself fully to her private practice.
Sanimax and Harmony: Building confidence and growing together
The IMPACT Grant will fund Harmony’s hypnotherapy practitioner training at Coaching Québec. This additional qualification will enable her to work with both children and adults, broadening her client base while creating new opportunities to grow her practice, strengthen its financial stability and advance her own financial independence.
Through its mentorship, Sanimax will help Harmony structure her day-to-day operations and find a sustainable balance between family life and entrepreneurship as she makes the transition from employee to confident business owner. Through ongoing dialogue and guidance, this partnership will reinforce her confidence and help her take the next steps toward realizing her professional ambitions.
