A record-breaking 13th edition: $1,557,200 raised for women’s futures
At the 13th edition of the Lise Watier Foundation’s Annual Ball, more than 750 guests gathered to support the Foundation’s mission and help advance women’s financial independence. Inspired by the theme of Kalidéa, the evening celebrated the strength and potential of the women supported by the Foundation, in a dazzling setting where every sparkle reflected their brillance.
Co-chaired by Marie-Claude Boisvert, Partner, Head of Sagard Private Equity Canada, and Julien Dirand, Managing Director, Mid-Market Companies and Venture Capital at La Caisse, the evening raised a record net totalof $1,557,200, thanks to the remarkable generosity of the guests.
These funds will enable the Foundation to continue its mission and support more women on their journey toward greater financial independence, notably through the Let’s Start Up Pathway and Be your money’s BFF, a new initiative designed to help young women take control of their finances.
