On October 16th 2014, the third annual Gala benefiting the Lise Watier Foundation was held at the Gare Windsor downtown Montreal.

This event, filled with sparkles and emotion, gathered more than 660 guests and friends from the Montreal business community. Guests dined and danced transported in the magical City of Light.

Thanks to the generosity of our patrons, corporate partners, sponsors and contributors, this third Gala enabled us to donate the net amount of 500,000$ to the Foundation. The money raised during the evening will benefit young girls and women in need, by empowering them to move out of poverty.

The Lise Watier Foundation offers the Let’s Start Up Pathway in Montreal, Quebec City, the Laurentians, Montérégie, Sherbrooke and Toronto. More than 300 women a year are committed to taking action through the Let’s Start Up Pathway. They graduate with a better understanding of their strengths and skills, as well as the knowledge and tools to implement their professional project. Women thus begin a new journey towards financial independence through entrepreneurship, a return to school or a more fulfilling job.
