A regional meeting focused on collaboration to better support women here

On June 4 and 5, the programs team at the Lise Watier Foundation gathered at Jouvence for its annual regional meeting. In a peaceful and inspiring setting, our managers, entrepreneurship coaches and regional advisors spent two meaningful days centered on collaboration, alignment, and renewed commitment.

We took a step back, reflected together on our practices, made progress on key issues, and strengthened our team cohesion.

This valuable time together allowed us to:

  • Present and discuss the Foundation’s priorities for 2025–2026
  • Work in co-development on real-world challenges from the field
  • Tackle issues collectively using the power of shared intelligence
  • Exchange our best tools, activities and field-tested resources
  • Share inspiring stories and discoveries with one another

Beyond the work, this gathering also helped deepen the human connections that unite our team connections that are essential to achieving our mission. Our team members left feeling equipped, energized and inspired to continue supporting women across all regions of Quebec.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this meeting a highlight of our year. Together, we go even further.

More than 350 women a year are committed to taking action through the Let’s Start Up Pathway. They graduate with a better understanding of their strengths and skills, as well as the knowledge and tools to implement their professional project.
