As part of our Continuing Education Program, we aim to offer women in the Let’s Start Up Pathway the opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge through collaborative workshops and technical training.
On April 30 and May 1, eight entrepreneurs from our Let’s Start Up Pathway took part in the Business Development Camp organized by the Lise Watier Foundation, two intensive days designed to structure, clarify, and propel their businesses forward. Led by trainer Cindy Badier, a graduate of our program, the training equipped participants with a personalized strategic plan, practical tools, and a clear vision for the next steps in their entrepreneurial journey.
Combining practical workshops, collective reflection, and compassionate guidance, this activity fosters autonomy, innovation, and effective time management. It empowers participants to integrate business development into their daily reality in a way that is sustainable and aligned with their personal goals.
For Corinne Jeanguillaume, owner of Les Crudélices, the experience was especially impactful:
I absolutely loved the camp. Cindy Badier guided us with both kindness and firmness, helping us get back on our feet when we were tempted to find excuses not to move forward or to hold ourselves back. I loved all the sharing with the other women; it was rich in ideas and in connection. These spaces are so uplifting and, above all, offer a strong dose of motivation for what comes next. A heartfelt thank you to the Lise Watier Foundation for these wonderful opportunities for growth.”
Through this camp, the Lise Watier Foundation reaffirms its commitment to supporting women as they bring their entrepreneurial ambitions to life. By providing structured, human-centered, and meaningful spaces, the Foundation helps them build the foundation for sustainable success on their own terms.
