Fundraising dinner of the Réseau des femmes d’affaires du Québec – East Montreal

More then seventy Montreal professional women attended last night the conference dinner held by the Réseau des femmes d’affaires du Québec to raise money for the Lise Watier Foundation. The event was held at the Chic Resto Pop, in the Hochelaga Maisonneuve district. Mrs Watier entertained the crowd by sharing her story with the numerous guests.

With this great event, The Réseau des femmes d’affaires du Québec, est de Montréal, were able to raise 7308$! This generous donation will be used to take the residents of the Lise Watier Pavillion on a week-end trip in the country.

The Lise Watier Foundation offers the Let’s Start Up Pathway in Montreal, Quebec City, the Laurentians, Montérégie, Sherbrooke and Toronto. More than 300 women a year are committed to taking action through the Let’s Start Up Pathway. They graduate with a better understanding of their strengths and skills, as well as the knowledge and tools to implement their professional project. Women thus begin a new journey towards financial independence through entrepreneurship, a return to school or a more fulfilling job.
