The Lise Watier Foundation is organizing its very first interactive holiday auction, which will take place from November 21 to December , 2021 (8:00 p.m).
Participants will be able to bid on more than 50 prizes in the comfort of their own homes! They will have the chance to bid on special restaurant evenings, hotels, jewelry, spa experiences, hockey tickets, concert tickets, training and coaching sessions… Everything to spoil their loved ones with the holidays approaching or simply to treat themselves!
New at this year’s auction! The auction will offer products and services from businesses founded by our Let’s Start Up Program – Entrepreneurship Stream graduates. Herbal teas, natural cosmetics, massage therapy, virtual assistant services, culinary workshops, graphic design services, a photography session, etc. Participants to the auction will be able to discover the products and services of our entrepreneurs and see for themselves the impact of the Let’s Start Up program!
An auction to help women achieve financial independence
Women were hit harder professionally by the pandemic and statistics show that they are slow to return to work, which could jeopardize progress in terms of equality.
By taking part in this interactive auction, participants will allow the Lise Watier Foundation to help more women living in a situation of economic, social or professional vulnerability to achieve financial independence. More women will be able to become entrepreneurs, pursue post-secondary education or access a fulfilling job.
