Summer event raises $75,000

On June 8, the Guy Côté – National Bank Financial family wealth management team, in collaboration with National Bank Financial Markets, organized its third edition of the « L’événement de l’été 2016 – Pour un avenir meilleur ” to benefit the Lise Watier Education Fund under the presidence of M Mark Donohue, Senior Manager Risk Management Solutions Group, National Bank Financial Markets. The evening raised the important sum of $75,000. Thank you to the organizers and to all the participants of this magical evening!

The Lise Watier Foundation offers the Let’s Start Up Pathway in Montreal, Quebec City, the Laurentians, Montérégie, Sherbrooke, Drummondville and Toronto. More than 350 women a year are committed to taking action through the Let’s Start Up Pathway. They graduate with a better understanding of their strengths and skills, as well as the knowledge and tools to implement their professional project. Women thus begin a new journey towards financial independence through entrepreneurship, a return to school or a more fulfilling job.
