The COCKTELLE raises $90 000!

On September 17th 2015, was held the first fundraising event benefiting the Lise Watier Foundation in Québec city. The Cocktelle, under the theme « Dentelle et Rebelle » , gathered more than 400 guests and friends from the Québec community.

Thanks to the generosity of our patrons, volunteers, corporate partners, sponsors and contributors, this event enabled us to raise the net amount of $90 000 !

A special thank you to Maison Simons who graciously agreed to donate the profits from the sale of a special t-shirt created for the event. The t-shirt is still available in stores and on their web site.

We wanted to express our gratitude to our honorary president Mrs. Britta Kröger of Maison Simons, to Hatem + D for their incredible involvement and to our Ambassadors who made this event a resounding success !

The Lise Watier Foundation offers the Let’s Start Up Pathway in Montreal, Quebec City, the Laurentians, Montérégie, Sherbrooke and Toronto. More than 300 women a year are committed to taking action through the Let’s Start Up Pathway. They graduate with a better understanding of their strengths and skills, as well as the knowledge and tools to implement their professional project. Women thus begin a new journey towards financial independence through entrepreneurship, a return to school or a more fulfilling job.
